A long time ago trappers, travelers and even soldiers did not carry sleeping bags. They slept under blankets. Until modern times, wool has been the best material for a blanket. Several decades ago, modern nylon materials have been introduced. And so, during the Vietnam conflict, a new version of a blanket for the US Army was made - “Poncho Liner”. An ultra-light blanket made of artificial materials that could be attached to a poncho. Swagman means “wandering worker” in American slang. Someone akin to an American cowboy or a trapper that does work on the frontier. Only the Australian trapper traveled on foot. He carried his entire belongings in a bedroll. Swagman Roll® is a nod towards trappers that had to spend their cold mornings enveloped in blankets. However, our product will not let you get cold. It is made of a thin nylon material and between it is one of the best artificial fillings - Climashield® Apex™. Swagman Roll® is no ordinary blanket. This multi-functional tool will prove useful everywhere where warmth is needed. It can be joined with the poncho, serve as an independent sleeping bag, blanket, hammock quilt or be used as a second sleeping bag for better insulation or as an insert. Most importantly, however, it can be worn as an improvised jacket.
