Combat Gen.2 Uniform Set
A technically advanced uniform set that consists of a combat shirt and pants.
The combat shirt consists of a central part made from cotton with a dose of
elastic fabric. This mixture is aimed to increase the comfort and
breathability when worn beneath a tactical vest, for example, a plate
carrier. Arms with sleeves were made, however, from a classic uniform fabric - NYCO
with a composition of 50 / 50. The implementation of a Rip-Stop
reinforcing weave increases the mechanical durability of the material and
the resistance to tearing. Sleeves feature cuff adjustments, pockets with
hook and loop fasteners and integrated elbow pads. The shirt’s collar can be
set to a stand-up collar and fastened with a zipper.
Pants feature up to 10 ergonomically placed pockets. Around integrated
kneepads and directly beneath the girth are inserts made from elastic
material, which increases comfort when on the move. Both the knee pads and elbow pads can easily be removed
should it be necessary. The circumference of lower leg sleeves can be adjusted
using hook and loop fasteners, similarly to adjustment straps near the
kneepads. Pants were also made from NYCO Rip-Stop material in a 50 / 50
composition.
A special dying and overprint process that entails a deep allocation
of the pigment minimizes the loss of color and wear of the material during
usage.
